We offer solutions to work with bobbins dia. from 560 to 900 mm and special machines  for bigger sizes.

Possibilities:

- Standard speeds: 1000 rpm for a 6 bobbins tube and 950 rpm for a 12 bobbins tube. Bobbins Ø 630 mm DIN.

- Bulk Head : pay-off bobbin located before the formation die in order to place a conductor straight to the formation. Ideal for OPGW or steel cable cores; wires path through bows. Bobbins Ø 1250 - 1400 - 1600 mm.

- Tandem tube between stranding tubes.

- Semi-automatic loading systems for part or for the whole line.

Applications:

- Soft and high carbon steel cables for low relaxation lines

- Power and overhead cables made of Al or Cu wires

- Cables type OPGW: Fiber optic core with additional aluminium wires
